Yangshuo and the Li River

We took a small bamboo raft gently down the Li River, absorbing this amazing geography and land forms. The next morning we rented mountain bikes and rode along the river, stopping for lunch.

In Yangshuo, where we stayed, a young girl tends to her stall in the street market. The items she is selling at the bottom right in the photo are plastic mushrooms and grasses made into barrettes that we bought and wore.
